- Account to be marked dormant after 6 months of inactivity.
Special conditions for Pensioner
- Pensioners will be required to undergo biometric verification at branch semi-annually each year. In case of non-availability due to adverse health, provision of LIFE certificate will be mandatory on the same schedule.
- In case of family pension, the pension nominee (widow/widower, unmarried daughter, sister) is required to present “Non-marriage certificate” each year.
